My plan is to write more detailed recipes, but this will get us started for now:
Refried beans
Taco seasoning and/or cumin
Salsa
Shredded cheese
Tortillas
Slice venison into thin strips. Add venison, beans, taco seasoning and a bit of salsa to pot. Cook on medium heat for 10 min. At same time get an indoor grill (like the George Foreman grill) ready.
When grill is ready and the pot of goodness is starting to bubble place a tortilla on the grill. Add mixture taking care not to overfill the tortilla. (I needed to use a slotted spoon because I went overboard on the salsa). Add cheese. Fold up tortilla taking care to ensure the sides are folded way in. Grill for about a minute. Viola! Enjoy the goodness of a quick, venison burrito. Top with extra salsa if desired.
